Altura Leisure Consultants FZCO operates internationally, providing business advisory and capital introduction services to commercial clients in the UK, UAE and other jurisdictions.

LKRA Capital acts as an independent intermediary introducing clients to a network of regulated and reputable funding partners including banks, alternative lenders, family offices and private equity firms.

We do not:

• Provide regulated financial advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (UK) or equivalent legislation in any other jurisdiction.
• Offer investment advice or recommendations regarding specific financial instruments.
• Arrange or manage client funds, deposits or investments.
• Represent ourselves as a lender, underwriter or financial institution.

All introductions are made on a best-endeavours basis. Any decision to lend, invest or otherwise engage remains solely between the client and the third-party funding partner.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided to LKRA Capital is accurate, complete and not misleading.

Before entering into any financial agreement or investment, clients should conduct their own due diligence and, where appropriate, seek independent legal, accounting or financial advice.

LKRA Capital may assist with the preparation and presentation of funding proposals, but we do not verify or audit financial data supplied by clients.

LKRA Capital maintains professional relationships with a range of financial institutions, lenders and investors. These entities operate under their own regulatory frameworks, risk policies and terms of business. We are not responsible for the actions, representations or outcomes of any third-party provider.

We may receive introductory or success-based fees from either the client or the funding partner, depending on the arrangement agreed in writing prior to engagement.

All information shared with LKRA Capital is treated in strict confidence. We will not disclose client details or materials to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of making introductions to approved funding partners.

Electronic communications and data are handled in accordance with applicable UAE and international data protection principles.

While we take every reasonable care to ensure accuracy and professionalism in our work, LKRA Capital and Altura Leisure Consultants FZCO accept no liability for any loss, damage or financial outcome arising from:

• The actions or decisions of third-party lenders or investors;
• Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client;
• Unforeseen market or regulatory changes; or
• Any reliance placed on materials or advice provided by third parties.

Our liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the specific engagement in question.

All materials, documents, designs and content produced by LKRA Capital or Altura Leisure Consultants FZCO remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of our website or documentation without our express permission.

We only collect information necessary to carry out our services, maintain communication and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms and all matters relating to LKRA Capital shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied within the Emirate of Dubai.

Where applicable, business conducted within the UK shall comply with relevant UK commercial law and good-practice standards.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
